We are seeking a full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver patient respiratory care using evidence-based practices and state-of-the-art technology. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing care plans, performing therapeutic modalities such as aerosolized medications and oxygen therapy, managing mechanical ventilators, and providing patient and family education. The role involves assisting with invasive procedures like fiberoptic bronchoscopy, intra-hospital transport, and acute airway management, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The therapist collaborates with medical teams, maintains patient confidentiality, and supports continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program (Required)
