Candidates must have a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, hold a Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License, and possess a Registered Respiratory Therapist License, along with a Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate. Additional certifications like NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. are preferred for NICU roles.
