Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary
Performs respiratory therapy procedures on patients with diverse needs and physical abnormalities.

Key Duties:

  • Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate therapy plans.
  • Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and interventions as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

    • Qualifications:

    • Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapist Program (required).
    • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy.

    Experience:

    • N/A

    Certifications/Licensure:

    • Respiratory Care Practitioner license from the State of Texas (required).
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist License (required).
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required within thirty days of start date).
