Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and administer cardiopulmonary therapies such as oxygen, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management. Perform diagnostics including ABGs and spirometry. Monitor patient responses and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize care plans. Educate patients and families on respiratory health. Maintain infection control and safety standards. Accurately document in the EMR.
Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant certification as a Respiratory Therapist. Strong knowledge of respiratory care procedures and diagnostics. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to patient safety and infection control. Ability to adapt to a collaborative healthcare environment.
