The role requires evaluating patient conditions, administering therapies, and operating in critical and emergent situations while practicing according to state standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates Degree required; Bachelors preferred.
- Current RCP licensure in the appropriate state.
- BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Ability to operate independently, demonstrate critical thinking, and adapt to changing acuity levels.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.
