We are seeking dedicated LPN/LVN professionals for full-time and PRN positions, with shift differentials available.
Role Overview:
- Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician directives.
- Monitor patient behaviors, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and assist in care delivery.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
- Celebrate and support patient progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as per state requirements.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred: One year of experience in inpatient medical-surgical or hospital setting, rehabilitation experience is a plus.
