Role Overview: The Registered Nurse Lead is responsible for supervising and performing EMG nursing duties, serving as a clinical resource, and ensuring safe, efficient patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate expertise as an EMG RN, oversee clinical staff, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with standards. Manage supplies, equipment, and maintenance, foster collaborative relationships with physicians and departments, and develop quality initiatives for the office.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum two years of nursing experience, at least one year in scheduling, current Illinois RN license, and BLS certification. Ability to problem-solve, manage conflicts, and deliver excellent customer service is essential.
