Responsibilities: Assigns, educates, and monitors staff; evaluates performance; assesses patient care needs; develops care assignments; collaborates with advanced practice providers; evaluates patient outcomes; addresses care complaints; contributes to staff hiring, training, and development; responds to emergencies and performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; minimum one year of RN experience; strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills; physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling.
Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license and BLS certification in the applicable state, with licensure requirements varying by location.
