We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to participate in a short-term rotational program within a specific service line.
The role involves rotating through 3–4 units over a 6–8 week period, providing exposure to various aspects of the specialty to determine the best long-term fit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in short-term rotations within a designated service line
- Collaborating with teams across multiple units to gain broad clinical experience
- Potentially securing a permanent position post-rotation
Qualifications and skills required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year of recent acute nursing experience in the same service line within the last 3 years
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
