Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care activities; advocate for patient needs; document care and changes in condition; communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members; participate in performance improvement initiatives; and support professional development and mentorship.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; active RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills; commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
