Registered Nurse Telemetry – Live Well Homecare

This full-time night shift telemetry nursing role is based in Nashville, TN at a Midtown hospital facility.

Lead compassionate, evidence-based patient care while ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.

Monitor and communicate real-time patient status for quick clinical decisions.

Coordinate across specialties to deliver seamless, high-quality care.

Perform advanced skills like cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols for high-acuity patients.

Manage discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions for patients and families.
The position requires a valid RN license from Tennessee or a multi-state license, and BLS certification within 30 days.
Preferred candidates have at least 6 months of acute care experience.
