This RN position in the 9B-Cardiac Department involves providing safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and organizational protocols.

Understands department policies and processes to deliver consistent, high-quality care. Qualifications include being a new graduate or a licensed RN in Arkansas, with a preference for BSN.
Applies basic skills aligned with standards of care, with specialty training provided as needed. CPR certification required; some areas may require additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NALS. This role offers 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period.
