We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care in a skilled nursing facility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing support and fostering a compassionate environment for residents and families
- Answering questions and addressing requests from residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Monitoring confidential information to ensure resident trust
- Managing documentation of resident care services
- Promoting teamwork among healthcare staff
Qualifications and skills:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and positive team management skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
