Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from a nursing specialty training program and relevant licensure. Demonstrates strong assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to provide comprehensive patient-centered care and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Duties: Conducts assessments, formulates care plans, administers treatments and medications, and monitors patient response.
