Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, practicing in accordance with nursing standards, ethical codes, and organizational policies.
Responsibilities: Performs the nursing process, delivers individualized care, partners with patients and families, and promotes evidence-based practice. Ensures effective communication, documentation, and collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes. Supports professional development, mentors colleagues, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Contributes to protocol development, resource management, and research activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, valid RN license, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP (or equivalent). Minimum two years of direct patient care experience preferred. Must have strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and time management skills, along with proficiency in technology and teamwork. Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced or emergency situations is essential.
