This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Gloversville, NY.
Responsibilities include supervising the assigned unit, implementing policies, mentoring staff, maintaining care standards, reviewing resident records and quality of care, addressing resident and family questions, and representing the unit to management.
Requirements: Valid RN license, preferred 3+ years in Long Term Care, 2+ years as Charge Nurse, strong computer and communication skills.
