We are seeking a full-time administrative RN for our Detroit Lakes office to provide nursing services and supervise direct care staff in an adult foster care setting.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor consumer health, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
Provide education, staff orientation, and ensure compliance with nursing standards and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation, manage medication monitoring, and coordinate referrals.
Travel within the area is required, and the role emphasizes respectful, person-centered care.
Qualifications include an RN license, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Experience preferred.
