We are seeking a full-time Administrative RN to provide nursing services, supervise, and train direct care staff in a corporate adult foster care setting in Detroit Lakes, MN.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive assessments and monitoring consumer health status
- Communicating with interdisciplinary teams, consumers, families, and staff
- Providing education, orientation, and supervision to staff
- Managing medication side effects and ensuring safety protocols
- Documenting accurately and maintaining consumer records
- Responding to safety concerns and participating in ongoing training
- Collaborating on advanced care planning and referrals as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current unrestricted RN license in Minnesota
- CPR certification; minimum one-year experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and good driving record
- Strong communication skills and commitment to confidentiality
