We are seeking a full-time administrative RN for our Detroit Lakes office to provide nursing services and supervise direct care staff in a adult foster care setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of consumers’ physical, psychological, and environmental needs.
- Fostering communication within the interdisciplinary team, consumers, families, and staff.
- Monitoring consumer health, reporting changes, and providing education and orientation.
- Practicing according to the Nurse Practice Act and maintaining documentation and safety standards.
- Supervising staff and ensuring proper medication and medical equipment use.
- Participating in ongoing training and ensuring confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current unrestricted RN license in Minnesota.
- CPR certification; at least one year of experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
