Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a float pool, providing high-quality, compassionate care across multiple hospital units and locations.
Responsibilities: Deliver clinical care, support patients and families during various emotional states, and assist with staffing needs by moving between facilities and departments as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Valid RN license in Illinois or Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; specialty certifications preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a specialty area is preferred.
Key Duties: Provide patient care, adapt to different units, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained across diverse settings.
