Position Summary: Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, overseeing staff and resource allocation to ensure quality resident care. Responsible for directing the nursing process, including data collection, assessments, care plan implementation, and revision. Ensures effective care delivery through a well-defined system.
Qualifications: Licensed RN with current Minnesota registration, CPR certification, and experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.
