Position Summary:
Supervise and manage RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring quality resident care through resource management and care plan implementation. Responsible for evaluating staff, delegating tasks, and directing nursing processes to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
Licensed RN in Minnesota, CPR certification, with experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.
