Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift – Oncology (Acute Care)

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They use evidence-based practice to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, emphasizing cultural competence and relationship-based partnerships with patients and families.


Responsibilities: Coordinate and document clinical care, promote teamwork through effective communication, and support performance improvement initiatives. They serve as preceptors and mentors, promote research and evidence-based practice, and contribute to protocol development. They ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, participate in data collection, and optimize resource utilization.


Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s or associate degree in nursing, active RN license (single state or multi-state compact), and BLS certification. At least 5 years of RN experience, preferably with direct patient care, is required. Must have strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
