Responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Managing patient care, including delegation, monitoring quality, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Utilizing evidence-based practices, technology, and performance data to evaluate and improve care quality.
- Teaching patients and families, addressing learning needs, and facilitating smooth discharge planning.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and licensure requirements.
- Documenting accurately and advocating for patients throughout their care journey.
Qualifications include:
- Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience or completion of a recognized nurse residency program.
- Current RN licensure recognized in the practice state.
