Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care. They practice within a supportive environment guided by evidence-based standards, organizational models, and professional ethics, ensuring adherence to licensing requirements and care protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the Nursing Process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking to deliver personalized care.
- Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning.
- Coordinate safe care delivery through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives to enhance care quality.
- Support professional development by completing required education, mentoring peers, and modeling best practices.
- Engage in evidence-based practice and research activities, utilizing data and resources to inform clinical decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s Degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and Basic Life Support certification.
- Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to quality improvement.
