Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg/Acute Care/Post Surgical/Burn/Bariatric – Full-Time Days

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary care team, delivering high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care based on evidence-based practices. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while fostering relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity.

Responsibilities include

coordinating and documenting care,

partnering with patients and families through effective communication,

supporting performance improvement initiatives,

serving as a mentor or preceptor,

and

promoting research and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications require

an associate’s degree in nursing (bachelor’s preferred),

current nursing license (single or multi-state),

Basic Life Support certification,

and

less than one year of clinical experience,

with a focus on

collaborative teamwork,

professional development,

and

resource management.
