Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care within a respectful, inclusive environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Current RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies.
