Role: RN Clinical Nurse in Medical Dialysis Unit
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care by performing the nursing process, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and fostering relationships with patients and families. Promote evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement, and support shared governance. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development. Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development to improve outcomes.
