Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Surgical – Night Shift

Join a Surgical Care Unit as a registered nurse, supporting both new graduates and experienced professionals in a community-based, collaborative setting.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Promoting patient and family-centered care and educating on illness management and medication administration
  • Ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development
  • Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families
  • Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations

Qualifications and skills:

  • RN license with a nursing diploma or higher (ADN, BSN, MSN)
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and less than 2 years of experience
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive environment
