The Primary Care Patient Care RN collaborates with providers and the clinical team to deliver safe, patient-centered care that promotes quality outcomes.
Working under the primary care operations team, the role involves partnering with patients, providers, and team members to ensure effective, equitable care aligned with mission and standards.

Position Details:

Location: Mercy Clinic Centerton

Shift: Full-time

Hours: Mon – Fri (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Licensure: RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, meeting all state requirements
• Physical demands: Ability to lift/push/pull 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat regularly

Certifications

• Required: BLS certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days
• Preferred/Required based on unit: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, and other unit-specific certifications
