Role Overview: The Registered Nurse Dialysis provides high-quality nursing care in a patient-centered environment, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions to develop and adjust care plans.
- Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures, documenting assessments and interventions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Certifications in BLS and other relevant areas, required upon hire.
