Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment. The nurse participates in performance improvement initiatives, maintains professional competence, and supports shared governance through active participation in councils or activities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate nursing services aligned with professional standards and confidentiality.
- Assist in developing others and uphold safety protocols.
- Contribute to performance improvement efforts and maintain current licensure and certifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nursing License (Georgia or multi-state compact).
- Valid American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP preferred in select units.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant nursing experience.
