Role Overview
As a Float RN, you will provide patient-centered care across 65+ inpatient units in a high-volume hospital setting. This role offers opportunities for clinical growth, working in diverse patient populations and specialties. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on managing health conditions. The position involves promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in various clinical environments.
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care Medical-Surgical nursing experience (preferred)
- ICU or Critical Care experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or enrolled in a BSN program (preferred)
