Join as a Night Shift Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units, utilizing your Medical/Surgical and Telemetry expertise. This role offers flexibility and opportunities for cross-training in ICU and Emergency Department. You will support various clinical environments, including occasional mid-shift transitions, within a collaborative night shift team. Responsibilities include
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care,
educating patients and families on managing illnesses and post-care needs, and
participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities.
Qualified candidates should have
2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience,
ability to adapt in a flexible float environment, and hold an
RN license. A
BSN is preferred;
ADN accepted if enrolled in a BSN program. The role requires initial full-time training.
