Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs in a supportive environment. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions; assist in care planning and prioritize patient flow. Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies, maintaining confidentiality and safety standards. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and communicating vital information. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain professional licenses, engage in ongoing training, and contribute to professional growth and leadership. Mentor peers, promote a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards and integrity. Perform additional duties as assigned in compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Valid RN licensure with certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS upon hire.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
