Role Overview: This position involves providing direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions for assigned patients. The RN supervises staff, ensures high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care, and supports resource management at the unit level.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver patient care according to established standards, safety protocols, and medical regimens.
- Maintain compliance with infection control, quality improvement, and risk management practices.
- Perform all required emergency response tasks in line with hospital incident command systems and emergency codes.
- Support staff competency development and resource allocation to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice nursing in the relevant state.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
