Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate patient flow; maintain documentation; advocate for patients; communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support shared governance; and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of an Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing. Required certifications include BLS and RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact). Must maintain professional competence, adhere to safety and confidentiality standards, and demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and commitment to growth.
Additional Duties: Mentor colleagues, promote the nursing profession, support organizational goals, and comply with policies.
