Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, contributing to care plans and prioritizing patient flow.
- Deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies, maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Act as an advocate for patients and families, providing education and addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements and supporting organizational goals.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, with multi-state or single-state certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with instructor credentials preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
