Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care using evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment that respects cultural diversity. They actively partner with patients and families, utilizing effective communication methods such as bedside reports and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing processes, promoting optimal patient outcomes through analytical and critical thinking.
- Deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and needs.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and document safe, quality care, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with technology and documentation tools.
