Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and care providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist in care planning; deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies.
- Communicate patient needs and concerns; serve as an educational resource for patients and families.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Active RN license (single or multi-state); BLS certification required.
