Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a supportive environment. They act as a key link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and advocacy.
Core Responsibilities:
- Patient Care & Care Coordination: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, deliver safe care, document assessments and interventions, and prioritize patient flow.
- Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address patient concerns, provide health education, communicate with families and staff, and support patient- and family-centered care.
- Performance Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and organizational performance.
- Professional Growth & Leadership: Maintain licenses, pursue development opportunities, mentor peers, promote professionalism, and support a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Nursing (preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and multi-state RN license
- At least one year of nursing experience for PRN roles
