Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serving as a key liaison, the nurse advocates for patients and families, ensuring satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care as outlined.
- Prioritize patient flow, document assessments, interventions, and incidents accurately.
- Respond to patient concerns, provide health education, and communicate effectively with families and staff.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support organizational goals, and uphold professional standards.
- Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses; foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and multi-state RN license.
- At least one year of nursing experience for PRN roles.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and commitment to professional development.
