Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, deliver safe care according to policies, document assessments and interventions, advocate for patients, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Support professional growth, mentorship, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; valid RN license; BLS certification; multi-state RN license or single-state licensure required. Maintain professional competence and participate in training and development.
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, patient advocacy, and commitment to quality improvement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional: Full-time night shift, with a sign-on bonus available. Adheres to hospital policies, standards, and shared governance principles.
