Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care – MedSurg, working day shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Adhere to clinical practices guided by the Nurse Managers, WellStar Shared Governance Model, and evidence-based standards.
- Uphold the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
- Support patient advocacy, system policies, and service excellence initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in Georgia or practicing under eNLC.
- Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience with direct patient care; national specialty certification is a plus.
