Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, delivering personalized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, respecting cultural differences.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, focusing care goals on patient preferences.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
