Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care as a frontline member of the patient care team. The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, ensuring safety and professionalism. They serve as advocates for patients and families, communicate effectively with care teams, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist in care planning and coordinate patient flow.
- Deliver safe, effective care according to policies; document assessments, care provided, and incidents.
- Respond to patient needs, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.
- Participate in performance improvement efforts, support change, and contribute ideas for better outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Current RN license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Experience with direct patient care is preferred.
