Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care

Role Summary: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist in care planning, and deliver safe, effective care according to policies.
  • Coordinate patient flow and prioritize care to optimize outcomes and experiences.
  • Document assessments, care provided, and patient progress accurately.
  • Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns and providing health education.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
  • Maintain professional licenses, pursue ongoing education, and stay current with industry best practices.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professionalism.
  • Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and organizational standards, supporting shared governance principles.
  • Other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
  • Current RN license and required certifications, including BLS (Basic Life Support).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and engage in continuous learning.
