Role Summary: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist in care planning, and deliver safe, effective care according to policies.
Coordinate patient flow and prioritize care to optimize outcomes and experiences.
Document assessments, care provided, and patient progress accurately.
Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns and providing health education.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
Maintain professional licenses, pursue ongoing education, and stay current with industry best practices.
Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professionalism.
Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and organizational standards, supporting shared governance principles.

Qualifications & Skills:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
Current RN license and required certifications, including BLS (Basic Life Support).
Ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and engage in continuous learning.
