Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff to ensure effective communication and care delivery.
Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, deliver safe and effective care, document assessments and interventions, and prioritize patient flow. Advocate for patient needs, respond to concerns, educate patients and families, and promote patient satisfaction. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support organizational goals, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred). Must hold current nursing licensure (RN), Basic Life Support certification, and multi-state licensure if applicable. Demonstrates professionalism, commitment to growth, and leadership qualities such as mentorship and participation in shared governance.
