We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 7a-3p shifts to supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities under the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring daily nursing care and evaluating staff performance
Conducting shift meetings to address concerns and improve services
Identifying and resolving resident care issues promptly
Reporting to the Director of Nursing and coordinating with other services
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Current RN license in the state
Peripheral IV certification
At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience
1 year of management and geriatrics/subacute care experience (preferred)
CPR/BLS certification
Effective communication skills in English; additional languages helpful
